In lieu of flowers, Jake's family invites those who wish to honor his life and memory to make a charitable contribution to Tough2gether Foundation.

The Jake Mendes Memorial Fund was established as a way to carry his memory forward by supporting Tough2gether Foundation's mission and its work alongside children and families facing childhood cancer.

Through these gifts, Jake's memory will continue to create hope, provide support, and make a difference for others in the fight.

Donations made through this memorial fund are charitable contributions to Tough2gether Foundation and are not designated for, distributed to, or intended for the personal benefit of Jake's family. Funds will be used by Tough2gether Foundation in furtherance of its charitable mission and programs.
